Originally an Aerospace Engineer with Fairchild Republic and Grumman during the early 80’s, Carlos moved into the world of IT and Telecommunications during the mid-80’s holding various senior positions at Contel Business Networks, CCMI McGraw-Hill and Cerberus Software.
Most recently as a Partner and Chief Information Officer for Teldata Control Inc., Carlos’ contributions were instrumental in creating an efficient, scalable and profitable organization. Now known as Control Point Solutions, it is the leading Telecom Expense Management firm with more than $7 billion in spend under management and over $1.5 billion in direct refunds, credits and annualized savings for their clients.
A born problem-solver, his experiences working with literally hundreds of clients, including 4 of the fortune 10, over the last 18 years have honed his skills and enabled him to provide real-world insight into the subtleties of process management and the best approaches to process automation.
