Highly accomplished professional with a 19+ year track record of delivering results. Michael has acquired a broad-based level of competencies in the recruitment, training and organizational development fields through a hands-on work ethic at all levels of business. Michael has helped many organizations acquire and develop their talent successfully by creating and implementing sustainable recruitment, training and organizational development disciplines. From 2000 through 2006 Michael was a Partner/Director at Control Point Solutions where he was instrumental in growing the organization from 45 employees to 250+ employees. While there, he created the internal recruiting and leadership development departments responsible for talent acquisition and training. He helped to establish a culture that delivered outstanding results by developing a performance based management system that aligned corporate goals to the direction, recognition and reward of its employees. From 1987 through 2000 Michael worked in the Temporary and Professional placement marketplace; first as a recruiter and then as an owner/operator. During those 13 years, Michael acquired much of his business expertise in building recruiting and training departments, strengthening of internal process and procedures, business development, client management, and mentoring of staff. Michael has always believed that an organization’s greatest asset is its people. “How well you acquire and develop that talent will separate you from your competition.” He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hartwick College. |
