Ray brings over 22 years of business leadership experience, 16 of those as a Senior Executive/Partner for a startup, private equity owned company.
As a Senior Vice President at Teldata Control, Inc. Ray led the performance-based Audit & Consulting Services Division from $100K to $16 Million in revenues. Under Ray’s guidance, this service generated over $1 Billion in refunds and cost savings for clients such as IBM, EDS, J&J and the City of New York. Ray was also instrumental in designing and institutionalizing the manuals, analytics, processes, and technology necessary to achieve the scalability for this service.
Prior to joining Teldata Control, Inc., Ray worked as an Account Executive at NCR Corporation for 6 years where he played an integral part in growing NCR’s new teller terminal system.
Ray’s Consulting/Teaching experience has not been limited to only the business arena. He has traveled extensively and has taught Math, English and Commerce in developing countries such as Kenya, East Africa.
Ray earned his MBA in Finance and BS in Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
