Prior to joining McGAT Enterprises, Suzanne was a member of the executive management team of Control Point Solutions (formerly Teldata Control, Inc.). Suzanne possesses a broad business background and has spent many years in various strategic and financial leadership rolls.
The last 5 years at Control Point, Suzanne was Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Budgeting. She worked with all C level employees and their managers ensuring top level communication and strategic objectives were met. She was responsible for developing financial models, implementing budgets and designing incentive compensation plans. She was directly involved in the merger and due diligence process.
During the first 7 years at Control Point, she was the Controller responsible for all financial and administrative affairs. In addition to handling all of the day to day functions, she developed and implemented Financial Controls, Corporate Policies and Benefit Plans.
Prior to Control Point, Suzanne worked as a User Analyst in the Controller’s Department of Continental Insurance. Her background in Accounting/Finance and knowledge of systems allowed her to successfully act as a liaison between users and developers and manage many successful projects for upper management.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
